Here are your options for screening. Please provide at least ONE of the following:
– A photo of your ID next to your face. You may blank out ID number and street address. I need to see your face, city, state and birthday please.
– LinkedIn Profile with a picture
– Two references from other providers. I need their name, website address or link to their Ad, phone numbers or email address. Please reach out to them in advance to request permission to use them as a reference. Please allow 24 hours for references.
